Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods, without giving any reason (§§ 355, 312g German Civil Code, BGB). A clear statement to info@qiradzqe.store is sufficient. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Goods must be returned complete and, where possible, in their original packaging. A bar, plate, rack, bench or platform must be returned complete and in its original packaging; a rack or platform that has been assembled or laid can usually still be returned within the withdrawal period if it is clean and undamaged. Unused accessories in original packaging may be returned within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. Check the dimensions, the ceiling height for a rack with a pull-up bar, your floor and your access route before ordering. The direct cost of returning a heavy item is borne by the customer unless it arrived defective, damaged or incomplete, in which case we put it right.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we confirm the outcome and refund to the original means of payment within 14 days.

Warranty

The statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) applies for 24 months from delivery (§§ 437 ff. BGB). Bar knurling and sleeves, plate finishes, bench pads, J-cup liners and platform rubber wear with use and are stocked as spares where applicable — this is normal, not a defect; keep a bar clean and lightly oiled and store plates on a rack. Damage or a hazard from lifting without collars or without the safety catches set, from a rack not bolted down per the instructions, from dropping bumper plates anywhere but a rated platform, from loading beyond a rating, or from plates left to topple onto feet is not a warranty defect, and this is fitness equipment used at your own risk within your ability.
