Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell free-weight equipment — Olympic barbells, rubber bumper, cast-iron and precision-calibrated plate sets, half racks with safety catches, adjustable benches and rubber-and-wood lifting platforms, up to a complete home-gym package — with the spring collars, lifting chalk, straps, gym wipes and plate-and-barbell storage trees to go with them. This is fitness equipment, bolted down per the instructions and built to lift safely, not a medical device.

Loading, fixing & lifting safely

Free weights are heavy and demanding. Warm up, lift with good form, and use a spotter or a rack's safety catches for heavy barbell work; put the collars on before you lift. Load and unload a bar evenly and keep fingers clear of the sleeves and plates. Don't drop bumper plates from overhead except onto a rated lifting platform. A rack must be assembled to the instructions and bolted to the floor where specified, and used within its stated load rating. Set a lifting platform on a sound, level floor. Store plates and bars on a rack so they can't topple onto feet, and keep children away from loaded bars. This is fitness equipment, not a medical device; if you are new to lifting, returning from injury, or have a back problem or any other health concern, ask your doctor before starting a new programme and stop if anything hurts.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Applicable law
